I have a plumbing emergency, what should I do?

While waiting for our emergency plumber to arrive, clear away any important items, wipe up any water, and position a container to catch drips. You also should switch off the hot water heating if the main water is turned off.

Help, I don’t know where the main water shutoff valve is!
